Because most of our products are made to order or custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will gladly help you resolve the issue.

Please note: We do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind.
